Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, especially with babies, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments challenging. However, our center holds limited space, for this reason, we request that all services be fully paid in advance and be non-refundable.
If you need to cancel your appointment and/or class, we respectfully request at least a 24 hour notice, allowing us to offer your spot to another customer. If the delay is not respected, please note that your class will be deducted from your account.
We do not offer refunds. However, if you cancel 24 hours before your appointment, we will credit your payment to your account, which credit can be applied to any service in the same category.
If you are late for your service, please note that we may not be able to accommodate you and you will have the remaining time to do your service.
All classes and services are non-transferable.
